Tower Development LLC, a South Carolina company was
formed as a business venture to purchase and develop
real estate property. The mission of this company is to identify
potential loactions with unique opportunities. Tower ownership
is represented by three companies, GIB SC LLC, Creative Impact
LLC and Matrix Construction and Administration LLC. Mark Nuzzo
and Jim Peters of Creative Impact serve as the Managing Partners
of Tower Development.

Tower Development brings a unique set of competencies to the
market. GIB represents over 20 years of development experience
of large projects and is the Investment arm of Tower Development.
Creative Impact has over 30 years of development and management
experience with both independent and publicly held resort companies.
Matrix has over 35 years of construction and administrative experience
in both residential and commercial building.
